Meet The Team
Kathy is the Executive Director of CrossRoads Ministries along with being a therapist. She received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Millersville University and her Master of Social Work degree from Temple University. She has over 20 years of experience in Christian counseling as a licensed counselor and over 20 years serving congregations as a lay counselor, consultant to pastors and church staff. Her personal vision is to equip, educate and empower the church to be the church. She has a heart to come along side leaders and other ministries to accomplish their God-given calls. Kathy is married, has three grown children, nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
John is the Assistant Director. He is a graduate of Biblical Life College and Seminary and a Master Addictions Counselor. He has over 20 years of experience in the counseling field and 10 years in the field training both professional and lay counselors. John serves as a board member for a ministry that plants and establishes medical clinics in Ethiopia, Africa. While in Africa he has been invited to train church leadership in lay counseling. John is involved with Gateway to Freedom ministry which ministers to men struggling with sexual integrity. John has a desire to equip and empower leaders and to see men walk in freedom in the area of sexual integrity and wholeness. John is married with two adult children and five grandchildren.
Cris is a therapist at CrossRoads. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Lock Haven University and her Master of Social Work degree at Temple University. She has 20+ years of experience working in the field with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Her personal vision is to see people walking in the freedom and fullness of their salvation. She is particularly passionate about helping men and women, young and old, know and receive their identity, value, and purpose. Cris is married and has two college-aged children.
Sandi is a therapist at CrossRoads. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in management and communications from Adelphi University. Sandi went on to pursue a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University. She is a licensed Marriage & Family therapist with 20 years of experience in the field of counseling. Her specialties are couples and families, relationship issues, trauma and mood disorders. Sandi is passionate about children and families. Her personal vision is to facilitate healing though the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Sandi is single with three grown children and six grandchildren.
Nancy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education/Elementary Education and has a passion for coaching cheerleading. These days you will find Nancy using her gifts of administration and organization as the Administrative Assistant for CrossRoads. She has three adult children and one grandchild.
