We are seeking:

Administrative Assistant | Part-time

Job Description:

To keep the front desk running smoothly while supporting the clinicians, and office administrator and extending care to past, current, and potential new clients. Position is part-time average of 20-25 hours per week, 1-2 evenings per week, required.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Scheduling appointments for clients and staff

• Answering phone calls and responding to emails

• Collecting/Recording payment from clients and processing invoices

• Recording cash/check payments & donations on a daily summary sheet

• Assisting the Office/Financial Administrator, as a direct supervisor, and helping with Accounts Payable/Receivable tasks

Skills/Knowledge:

• Excel

• Word

• Outlook

• Simple Practice

• Experience in QuickBooks required

• Payroll and Tax experience preferred

• Excellent communication skills

• Attention to detail and organization a must

• Secretarial or Administrative experience is required
